- Users can book consultations with experts and access services online via video, chat, or other digital modes.
2. Service Delivery Timeline
- Once a booking/payment is confirmed, users receive an instant booking confirmation via email/app notification.
- The scheduled consultation/session is delivered at the appointed date and time selected by the user.
- For subscription plans or packages, services remain available within the validity period mentioned at the time of purchase.
3. No Physical Shipping
- MeetUrExpert does not provide any physical shipping, courier, or home delivery of products.
- Since our services are purely digital, no shipping charges or timelines apply.
4. Failed/Incomplete Service Delivery
- If a booked session cannot be conducted due to a technical error on our side, users are eligible for a reschedule or full refund (as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy).
